Studio G Fitness has some of the best group exercise classes in Indianapolis. The classes are designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance! You will be able to participate in any of the classes regardless of age (10+), weight or fitness level. Have fun while our specialized, high energy team of instructors lead you through an amazing, sweat dripping workout !

WHAT TO BRING--mat, small hand or wrist weights, water and towel. Limited weights available on a first come first serve basis. *can be done without weights
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR--ALL fitness levels
WHAT GOES ON--This interval fitness class is a mix of body weight exercises, muscle toning using 2-5lbs weights and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
WHAT DO I GET OUT OF IT-- High calorie/fat burn, improved endurance, improved resting metabolism and improved muscle tone.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR--ALL fitness levels
WHAT GOES ON--This interval fitness class is a mix of body weight exercises, muscle toning using 2-5lbs weights and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
WHAT DO I GET OUT OF IT-- High calorie/fat burn, improved endurance, improved resting metabolism and improved muscle tone.
*$10 "G" Battle Balls & Bands
WHAT TO BRING–mat, resistance band, water and towel. "G" Band (medium weight resistance band) can be purchased at the Studio G front counter. *can be done without a ball or resistance band.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR–ALL fitness levels.
WHAT GOES ON–HIIT, full body workout using a 6-10 pound slam medicine ball. This class focuses on booty, thighs, abs and cardio intervals.
WHAT DO I GET OUT OF IT– develop your abs, lift/build your glutes, tone/tighten your legs. Increase cardio capacity, and help with weight loss.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR–ALL fitness levels.
WHAT GOES ON–HIIT, full body workout using a 6-10 pound slam medicine ball. This class focuses on booty, thighs, abs and cardio intervals.

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR--ALL fitness levels.
WHAT GOES ON--In this HIIT style class, you will simultaneously train for both resistance and cardio using 30 foot battle ropes. This class will target most of the muscles in your body: abs, shoulders, arms, upper and lower back, and lower body. Using battle ropes is a complete strength and conditioning program like no other!
WHAT DO I GET OUT OF IT-- build strength, increase cardio capacity, and help with weight loss.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR--ALL fitness levels.

WHAT GOES ON--
you will focus on building as many muscles as possible during this 45 minute interval cardio class.
WHAT DO I GET OUT OF IT--This heavy bag workout will build strength and enhance power. The muscles in the arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs, and core are all engaged during a heavy bag training session, making it an effective full-body workout. Class begins with a warmup, boxing with intervals of bodyweight exercises, and of course, core work. This class will challenge you! You will leave drenched in sweat from head to toe.

WHAT GOES ON--In this class, you will learn choreographed dances to R&B, Rap, and other urban music from all over the world. Urban line dance is mostly about using dance as a form of exercise and having fun while doing it!!
WHAT DO I GET OUT OF IT-- Improved cardiovascular and muscular strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR--ALL fitness levels and experience.
WHAT GOES ON--In this class, you will learn choreographed dances to R&B, Rap, and other urban music from all over the world. Urban line dance is mostly about using dance as a form of exercise and having fun while doing it!!

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR--Older Adults and anyone seeking alternative means of reaching their exercise goals.
WHAT GOES ON-Low impact fitness class that is appropriate for older adults. A chair is available if needed for seated and standing support.
WHAT DO I GET OUT OF IT--Low impact routines that will increase range of movement, improve balance/coordination and enhance posture.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR--Older Adults and anyone seeking alternative means of reaching their exercise goals.
WHAT GOES ON-Low impact fitness class that is appropriate for older adults. A chair is available if needed for seated and standing support.

WHAT DO I GET OUT OF IT-- toned thigs, flat abs, round/lifted glutes, increase cardio capacity, and help with weight loss.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR--ALL fitness levels.

WHAT GOES ON–This medium to high intensity cardio class is a revamp of classic step aerobics. You will L-step it out, go sideways, go backwards, V-step and more to high energy hip hop music.

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR–All Fitness and Skill Levels.

WHAT GOES ON-This fitness class combines Latin and international music (Salsa, Raggeaton, Merengue, Hip Hop, Cumbia AND MORE) with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training (alternating fast and slow rhythms).
WHAT DO I GET OUT OF IT--A total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy each time you visit a class.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR--Everybody and EVERY BODY!
